Course Combine Requests

When you teach multiple sections of the same course, you can request to combine the course shells in Brightspace.

Combined courses allow faculty to post content, manage assignments, and create the gradebook in Brightspace once rather than multiple times or having to copy into other courses each semester. They are filterable by section in the Classlist, gradebook, etc.

If you want to combine your sections of a course for Spring, you can use our Course Combine Request form to make the request. It's important to make the request via the form because CATS uses the information there to alert the Bookstore of the proper ID number of your course in Brightspace for Inclusive Access!
