New Zoom Web Portal Experience

If you are logging into the Zoom web portal, you may notice significant changes. Zoom’s new web experience is intended to help you navigate the web portal more efficiently. 

The homepage was designed to reflect the simplicity of the home screen of the Workplace desktop app, with quick access to meeting options and a universal header. The universal header provides access to the product waffle menu and your personal profile menu. 

In the product waffle menu:

In the profile menu, under My Account:

• Reports

• Personal Contacts

• Personal Devices

• Settings

• Recordings and Transcripts

• Summaries
