My Courses Widget Changes August 17th

Brightspace can now simplify the My Courses widget for easier navigation.

Starting August 17^th, there will be fewer tabs available in the My Courses widget for semesters and categories.

Only the current academic year’s semesters will show up in the widget.

Finding All Courses After the Update

Click on a semester to see the courses you’re enrolled in for that term.

All courses you pin will show up in the Pinned category in the widget. Courses in semesters or categories not shown in the widget are still available if you View All courses. When viewing all the courses, you can search for the ones you are trying to find to get to them without scrolling all your course tiles.

All courses you have access to in any role will also still be available in the course selector list, which you can find by clicking the waffle icon at the top of the page in Brightspace. Pinned courses will appear at the top of this list.
